For guests at the Nature Hotel, the Genussstube is the place to enjoy dinner as part of their half-board package. Served menus, personal service and a fixed seat ensure relaxed evenings with high-quality cuisine.
At the same time, the Genussstube opens its doors to locals and external guests. As an à la carte restaurant, it caters to anyone looking for a quiet, stylish setting for a special evening – small, refined and deliberately exclusive.

The dishes are precisely composed, balanced in flavour and deliberately regional. The offering is complemented by fine menus, changing theme nights, selected steaks of the highest quality and a curated wine selection. Sophia, the daughter of the house, is responsible for the desserts.
