Euler's breakfast buffet at the Naturhotel is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Please note that food and drinks may not be taken away from the breakfast restaurant.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two weeks before arrival. In case of late cancellation, 90% of the accommodation price will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, we will charge the full amount. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Chargers and international adapters are available at the reception desk.

At the nature hotel:

• 0–2 years → free of charge
• 3–7 years → €40 per child/night
• 8–13 years → 75% of the accommodation price
• 14 years and older → full price

At the Stammhaus:

• 0–6 years → free of charge

Our chalets are for adults only. Children under 2 years of age are only permitted upon request.

Just as you wish, you can pick up your food at our country inn or we can deliver it to your accommodation. For the delivery service, we charge a flat rate of €15 per delivery, which we will add to your room bill. We are happy to deliver meals from the country inn kitchen to your accommodation between 11:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

There is no delivery charge for the Schmankerl Boxes.

We kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m.

Late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability (see Late Check-Out).

Please understand that dogs are not allowed on our premises.

You are welcome to store your e-bikes in our lockable bicycle storage room at the country inn during your stay. This service is free of charge.

Our carport at the Stammhaus has space for two electric cars, which can of course be charged for an additional fee. Please inquire at the reception desk for the price of electric charging. (Subject to availability)

We will be happy to reserve a table for you at reception.

If you have not made a reservation, we cannot guarantee that a table will be available.

We are happy to provide you with good hiking tips. Please feel free to contact our reception desk at any time for information about leisure activities in the region.

We will be happy to provide an extra bed in your room upon request.

The nearest golf course, “Golfclub am Nationalpark bayerischer Wald e. V.,” is located in Haslach, approximately 3 km away, and offers an 18-hole course. You can receive a green fee discount with the National Park Card.

If required, you can borrow hiking/walking sticks free of charge from our reception.

Your room card opens the hotel entrance, your room door, and all other access points relevant to you.

Our key box, secured by PIN entry, located at the rear entrance of the main building, allows you to check in at any time of the day or night.

Would you like to sleep in longer or spend the day at the Woid Spa? You are welcome to extend your stay until 3:00 p.m. for a fee.

Please contact us—we will be happy to help you. Luggage storage is available for arriving and departing guests.

Your added value through the tourist tax: With your guest card, you receive various discounts, e.g., free use of all buses and trains in the national park region and many other attractive discounts.

Smoking is not permitted in our hotel, rooms, suites, or chalets. Failure to comply will result in a charge of €100 per room cleaning. We reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement costs of any damage, such as burn holes, etc. If the accommodation can no longer be rented out, the full cancellation costs will be charged.

If you would like a packed lunch for the next day, you are welcome to order it at the reception desk by 6:00 p.m. Price per person: €8.50.

Our parking spaces are available free of charge around your accommodation.

We charge €2.50 per day for a parking space in the carport, subject to availability.

We accept Maestro, Master Card, Visa, and cash.

Your room reservation is binding upon receipt of our booking confirmation by email/fax/post.

Your room card opens your room door, the wellness area, and, of course, the hotel entrance. If lost, we reserve the right to charge you €5. On the day of departure, your card will be automatically deactivated at 11 a.m.

Cleanliness and your well-being are just as important to us as protecting our natural environment. That's why we automatically clean your room after the third night—or daily, if you prefer. Just let us know.

Your room safe is located in the wardrobe.

Our sauna area is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted.

There is a small grocery store, a flower shop, and a gas station with a 24-hour fuel dispenser in the village.

You can store your skis in our lockable room right next to the Stammhaus. This service is free of charge.

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and in the Woidhaisl. We reserve the right to charge for any repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of damage.

We also reserve the right to charge an additional €100 per room cleaning for cleaning costs in the event of non-compliance. If the accommodation can no longer be rented out, the full cancellation costs will be charged.

Adults €2.50 per day, children €1.25 per day – the tourist tax is levied by the municipality and is payable with your room bill.
